For the fastest way to get a booking set up, we recommend sending us a message via WhatsApp with an image or a link to the project, a brief description of the work needed, and your postcode. As long as we don't need to visit the space beforehand, we should be able to send you a quote and our availability for the project.

What are your operating hours?
Our standard operating hours are
Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM]. We may be able to accommodate appointments outside of these hours upon request.

Can I get a same-day or next-day appointment?
We will always try our best to accommodate your preferred schedule. Availability for same-day or next-day appointments depends on our current workload. Please contact us as soon as possible to check our availability.

Do you provide free estimates or quotes?
Yes, we provide free, no-obligation estimates for most jobs. For smaller, straightforward tasks, we may be able to provide a quote based on your description. For larger or more complex projects, we may need to arrange a visit to assess the work required.

How do you charge for your services (fixed price)?
For projects where we handle everything from start to finish – including materials, delivery, and installation – once we have a clear understanding of the scope of the project, we will set a fixed price for the entire job. For more complex projects, we typically request a 50% deposit to cover the cost of materials, which will then be ordered and delivered on the agreed start date.

What are your rates?
If you are providing all the necessary materials for the project, our day rates are £150 for a half day and £280 for a full day. Please note that these rates may be adjusted if additional workers or subcontractors are required for your specific project. We will always discuss any potential adjustments with you beforehand.

No, you only pay the price that was agreed upon completion of the project. We believe in transparent pricing and will ensure you are fully aware of all costs before we begin any work.
